Char Mason works with a team of seasoned and talented professionals to broaden her capabilities for any client need. Her associates have expertise in everything from production, logistics, script writing, graphic design, public relations, lighting and sound. Some of her key team members include:

Co-Producer
Cookie Coleman has provided consulting and management services to businesses and the non-profit industry for more than twenty years. Her experience in special events, corporate incentives, public relations, marketing and the music industry offer a unique combination of hands-on knowledge, creative vision and leadership. Coleman has worked for many of the Twin Cities' major artistic institutions including the Minneapolis Institute of Arts, The Science Museum of Minnesota, The Minnesota Historical Society, The Bell Museum, VocalEssence and The Guthrie Theater. Coleman produced the Twin Cities Welcome and Mingling of Water's ceremonies in conjunction with the arrival of the Grand Excursion Flotilla for the St. Paul Riverfront Corporation. On a national level she was convention event coordinator for the American Association of Museums. Coleman also served as Executive Director for the Sixth World Symposium on Choral Music, an international convention and choral festival.


Creative/Musical Director
Patrick Frederick is a Creative / Musical director for corporate and institutional events. Contributing and leading efforts in strategic concepting, theme development, scripting, composition and scoring, stage management, casting and rehearsal through on-site direction of events is his specialty. Pat is also an award winning recording artist and composer.


Project Manager
Kristie Estes is the ultimate project manager with a keen eye for detail. Since 2004, she has been an independent project coordinator and consultant. Her work experience includes serving as project manager for Char Mason & Associates, the communications director for the Minnesota Restaurant, Hotel and Resort Associations, a media specialist for the YMCA of Greater St. Paul, association coordinator for the Grand Avenue Business Association and the project coordinator for the Twin Cities Grand Excursion. Kristie has been involved in a number of educational projects with Saint Paul schools.


Event Staff
Kim Thompson is a master of stepping outside the box seeing the big picture. She prides herself in exceptional customer service and providing an enjoyable time for your guests. Her work experience includes Day of Event Supervisor for Char Mason & Associates, association coordinator for the Grand Avenue Business Association, Special Event Coordinator for the March of Dimes, member of the event team for Twin Cities Grand Excursion.

Logistics/Event Production
Darren Ennis has extensive experience in events, hospitality and entertainment. Darren's disciplines include event production, management, logistics and operations.

Technical Production Director
Neal Wallace brings 25 years experience in the music industry, concert touring, club management and owner of his own technical service company. He is a vital part of the project managing from initial concept, site planning, budgeting to on-site technical management. Sound, staging, lighting, tents, power, technical labor and video services provided and or managed. Positive client relations and interaction are a top priority.
